Find a way to free Diego
1 of 3: Talk to Winstan until you get the following two dialogue options: "I've had enough - I'm not interested in your stories! ..." and "Hmm. Maybe you really are telling the truth..."
2 of 3: Choose the second dialogue option to update an objective, then stop and consider whether you want to side with Lord Hertan or Lord Renwick. (Note that it doesn't make much difference whom you choose, except that the combats on the Lord Renwick route are a bit harder.)
3 of 3: To side with Lord Renwick, talk to Winstan and choose the "I've had enough ..." dialogue option to end this quest and get the "The True Culprits" quest. To side with Lord Hertan, do this quest's "...or find Liuven" objective.
