Take the incriminating letters to Hertan
1 of 3: Go down the dark cave tunnel until you meet Clargor.
2 of 3: After talking to him, enter the cave room past him and look for the tunnel that leads NW.
3 of 3: You'll encounter Lord Hertan near the start of that tunnel. Talk to him to finish this quest and get "No Man Left Behind."
