Notes About the Region Maps
1 of 3: Each region's map shows all the noteworthy optional things that can be found in that region, including chests, artifact items, and loose loot. To avoid quest spoilers, nothing related to any of the main or optional quests is marked on the maps.
2 of 3: If a region has any underground areas that you can explore, the entrance(s) to each underground area will be marked on the region map with large white circles. You can click on any of the circles to bring up a map of the underground area that the entrance leads to.
3 of 3: Whenever an item is on an upper floor of a multi-floored building, the interior color of its map marker will be white instead of yellow.
