1 of 3: Check your map for quest markers to see that the lurker eggs are a ways east and a little bit south of the Tooshoo tree.
2 of 3: There are a lot of lurkers there, so approach the area cautiously and take out lurkers a few at a time.
3 of 3: Once they're all dead, pick up six or more of their eggs.
