Find the bundle of vegetable seeds
1 of 4: Make your way down the NW path, fighting fire lizards and undead, until the path splits.
2 of 4: Keep going NW until it splits again, then go NW. At the next split, go (you guessed it) NW.
3 of 4: You'll soon come to a dead end where several powerful undead are guarding Jabo's bundle of seeds.
4 of 4: Hang back and pick off the undead from a distance, then go pick up the seed bundle.
