Note on the Boil
Don't even bother trying to do this area before you're at least level 20, preferably a good bit higher. You'll be fighting a lot of tough guys that are a lot more than any low-level group can take. Also, you'll be forced to choose a side in a gangwar, if you want to do anything in the area. Taking sides will make the other clan hate you, and all members of the other clan who are not in the bar will attack you on sight.
