Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura Hints
Thaddeus wants me to steal an idol from the barbarians at Kree.
1 of 9: This quest is kind of tough if you're a low-level character. The baddies here are all high level, and their attacks have this annoying tendency to drain your stamina.
2 of 9: They're almost impossible to beat in groups of 3 or more, but you should be able to beat them if you fight them one at a time.
3 of 9: Be sure you're Prowling the entire time you're in the city. It'll make it so only one of the barbarians sees you at a time, making the battles much easier.
4 of 9: Sneak towards the very northwestern corner of the city, probably killing some enemies on the way.
5 of 9: You'll know you're near the right place when you see four barbarians around a fire, with a magical chest nearby.
6 of 9: You can sneak around them by going to the east a bit and through the passages.
7 of 9: Go to the altar, and take the idol from the offering bowl.
8 of 9: Once you take it, a bunch of barbarians will come after you, so get out of there fast.
9 of 9: Once you're home free, bring the Idol back to Thaddeus, and he'll give you 1000 gold.
