1 of 3: This is in the Franklin residence, which is in the northern rich area of the city.
2 of 3: The potion is in the chest next to Franklin's bed. It's best to let him go to sleep before you try it.
3 of 3: Be sure you don't kill Franklin for it if you want to master Spot Traps, however.
