What should I do about Don Trogg?
1 of 5: You'll know this quest has started when the newspaper headline reads, "Anarchist laborer's take over factory."
2 of 5: Go to the orc factory, which is in the factory district, right to the east of Bates' mansion.
3 of 5: There are two things you can do here. You can either talk to Councilman Babcock to help Don Trogg escape, or you can talk to Captain Wheeler, who will ask you to lure Don Trogg out.
4 of 5: The first option is, obviously, more good, but the second is more rewarding. It's your choice.
5 of 5: If you lure them out, you can pick up all the equipment they leave behind, such as a power axe and a mechanized gun.
