Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura Hints
Geoffrey Tallerond-Ashe wants me to find out what's raising the zombies.
1 of 7: Once you get the quest, you can have Geoffrey join you if you're evil. He's a decent spellcaster but starts at a kind of low level for where you probably are at the time.
2 of 7: Go into the cemetery, and kill any zombies that get in your way (should be very easy).
3 of 7: Make your way to the large building in the northwestern corner of the cemetery.
4 of 7: Inside, you'll find a room with two fire elementals guarding a hammer (does 1-8 damage plus 1-10 fire damage), but unless you have very high fire resistance for some reason, or you're pretty high level, you should save them for later.
5 of 7: Once you're ready, head down into the catacombs -- the entrance is a little hard to see, it's behind a bunch of barrels.
6 of 7: The dungeon is basically a small maze filled with zombies of various difficulties. Gore guards are the only ones that should pose any problems.
7 of 7: Eventually, you'll come to an area with a bunch of crypts. In the middle of the floor there's a gem. Pick it up, and bring it back to Geoffrey if he's not already in your group for a reward.
