How can I help Cynthia Boggs?
1 of 8: If you continue to ask her about her problems, she'll ask you to go to a group of females who live on the island and plead her case to them.
2 of 8: If you're a male, she'll give you a white headband, which you'll need to be wearing in order to approach the Women's Camp without being attacked and botching the quest.
3 of 8: Go to the camp, and ask them to help Cynthia. They'll tell you she has to help herself, and they'll give you a gun to give to her.
4 of 8: Go back to Cynthia. You can either give her the gun and tell her to get out herself (she'll be slaughtered by the gate guards), or offer to help her get out.
5 of 8: If you want to help her, you'll have to go out through one of the windows in the side of the fort.
6 of 8: If a guard sees you with Cynthia, just tell him that she's your property now.
7 of 8: Pick the lock on one of the windows, or bash it in, and leave.
8 of 8: Bring Cynthia to the women's camp, and she'll leave your group.
