Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura Hints
Arvid Millstone wants me to find what's been killing the miners.
1 of 5: You can find Arvid Millstone in an area in the southern area of the mines, which can be reached by a staircase from any of the levels (except the Dredge).
2 of 5: He'll give you info about miners disappearing recently ever since they dug out a new tunnel.
3 of 5: The tunnel is to the north, and inside is a family of Dread Crystal Spiders. They're pretty nasty, but really shouldn't be too much of a problem at this point in the game.
4 of 5: If you found the spiders before Arvid, don't worry -- that just means you've already completed the quest and can gain the experience right away.
5 of 5: Either way, once you've killed the spiders, return to Arvid, and you'll gain a reputation as hero of the Wheel Clan.
