Ellumyn wants me to get him some Mithril ore.
1 of 3: The only place you could have found the ore so far is the Dredge or the Mines in the Wheel Clan.
2 of 3: If you happen to have some, you can give it to him for a fairly nice bow.
3 of 3: If you don't have it, just go back to the Wheel Clan and search the chests. You'll find it eventually.
