Note on the Caladon Thieves Underground...
The Caladon Thieves quests are a lot easier than Tarant's; you barely even need thief skills to do them. However, you DO need to have joined the underground in Tarant to do these quests. See that section to learn how if you haven't already. To start these quests, just talk to the elf outside of the Sobbing Onion -- he'll also give you all of your jobs. The fence to sell objects to is inside the Sobbing Onion.
