How do I find Tulla?
1 of 5: To find Tulla, you need to talk to Weldo Rubin at the Gateway to the Wastes.
2 of 5: He'll tell you about a huge walled-in city he found, and if you ask him, he'll tell you where it is if you're persuasive or pay him.
3 of 5: If he really doesn't like you, you'll have to do a quest for him.
4 of 5: So just go to where he tells you, kill the weak lizards, and find the "...groth" sprocket and bring it back to him to learn the location of Tulla.
5 of 5: You can also get Weldo to join you if you're polite to him.
