Jormund
You find Jormund in one of the huts on the Northwestern platform in Qintarra. To get him, you have to solve Wrath's murder. He joins at level 20 and learns from Fire and Force colleges. However, he's a dwarf, so spellcasting drains his fatigue quickly. Pretty much, he's a lousy party member, so skip him.
