Perriman Smythe
You'll meet Smythe outside of Willoughsby's residence in Tarant after you've been to Qintarra. To get him to join you, just tell him your story. He's a decent spellcaster, although he joins at level 25, a bit low for where you'd be in the game. He learns spells from Fire, Necromantic White, and Phantasm colleges.
