Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura Hints
Backstab: Dr. Edmund Craig
1 of 5: The Backstab master, Dr. Edmund Craig, is in Roseborough, a town you won't get to until fairly late in the game.
2 of 5: He lives in a house in the northwestern part of the map.
3 of 5: He'll be leery about training you, but keep telling him that you're not going to reveal him, and he'll eventually train you.
4 of 5: No matter what you do, however, he'll attack you once he's trained you, getting in a Backstab before you start fighting.
5 of 5: He'll probably be the highest-level character you've faced up to that time, but he really isn't all that tough by himself. Kill him, and proceed with your quest.
