Notes About This File
First of all, this game is big, really big, so big that it will probably take you at least a few weeks to complete. You probably won't be able to do/find every single side quest mentioned in this file, so don't worry about it if you just can't find some person mentioned in the file...all the completely essential people and quests are fairly simple to track down.
The file is organized by city. Any quest areas outside of the cities are covered in hints for the appropriate quest. The miscellaneous non-quest areas, with the exception of the Panarii altars (which have their own section in the hints) are all done by going into a dungeon, killing stuff, and finding treasure. A few of them involve talking to people, but not many. You'll stumble upon these non-quest locations walking around the map between areas, as many of them are conveniently placed on paths between cities and quest areas.
