Gambling: Gurin Rockharrow
1 of 4: You'll find Rockharrow in the Wellington Gentlemen's Club in Tarant.
2 of 4: There's no real quest involved here, just a LOT of gambling.
3 of 4: You have to win 20,000 gold gambling with him. It doesn't matter how much you lose, just as long as your total amount won comes to 20K.
4 of 4: Once you've done that, he'll declare you a Gambling master.
