The Plants Underground Command Center

  • 1 of 9: First you have to make your way through the fan chamber.
  • 2 of 9: The Center {DNH} is full of strange characters and contraptions.
  • 3 of 9: Mosey around and see what you can achieve.
  • 4 of 9: It seems you can't do much until you place your plunger (with a bell) onto the circular manhole near the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • 5 of 9: Did you look in the safe in the villa? If not, you'll have to return to the hallway there.
  • 6 of 9: Check that the "alarm" is working by going out and then back in, a couple of times.
  • 7 of 9: Get Mr. Chief-Plant to talk.  He's extremely garrulous.  However, although he frequently repeats himself, let him waffle away for as long as your nerves can stand it.  Together with lots of repetitions, he occasionally lets drop an additional hint which may help you in the future.

    Also, if you don't let him talk for long enough, you ~may~ have a problem when you return to the purple floored corridor.
  • 8 of 9: There are some items which you can now take, which will be essential in the future.  (If you miss any, you can return later!)
  • 9 of 9: When you have done all you can (at least at present), return to the purple passageway the way you came.  You will have no problem exiting the Command Center or the Fan Chamber.  To exit the Hairdresser's, if the circular manhole is closed, you first have to drag it upwards.  You exit the Prison to the left of the screen.
