Where does the bicycle take me?

  • 1 of 24: To a cave {FWG}.
  • 2 of 24: There are many unrelated items around including a car battery, a mail box, the reverse side of a painting on an easel, and several other objects.
  • 3 of 24: Try them all.  You may get somewhere.
  • 4 of 24: There is also a kind of "tree/scientist" you may be able to talk to.
  • 5 of 24: It appears that Granny doesn't want too much light around.
  • 6 of 24: You can get her to pulverize the car battery {FWG2}.
  • 7 of 24: She shoves the small bridge out of the way ...
  • 8 of 24: ... and camouflages the resulting gap with a nearby shrub.
  • 9 of 24: Maybe you already tried taking the envelope lying on the table.  Try again now.  Sit back and watch what happens to the letter, the mailman and his bike.  Neat, eh?
  • 10 of 24: Now apparently Granny wants some light again ... but no battery.
  • 11 of 24: You'll have to improvise.
  • 12 of 24: Fix your light bulb into the empty socket (a bit difficult to see ... it's hanging down from the roof and just to the left of the top left corner of the painting).
  • 13 of 24: OK. -- but it's not working.
  • 14 of 24: No battery -- no light!
  • 15 of 24: Obviously you need some other electrical power source.
  • 16 of 24: You've got a dynamo.
  • 17 of 24: So what!
  • 18 of 24: Unlike a battery, a dynamo needs to be rotated.
  • 19 of 24: Maybe the mailman's abandoned (half a) bike may do the job.
  • 20 of 24: Get the pedals into the correct position.
  • 21 of 24: Now use your dynamo.
  • 22 of 24: ... "and there was light"! {FWG}
  • 23 of 24: Granny can now grab something ...
  • 24 of 24: ... which turns out to be something you were probably not expecting.
