The security guard says I've disrupted the alarm! How can I fix it?
1 of 10: Once you have your warrant and have taken the statue, if you try to exit the museum, the porter will stop you and say that by taking it, you have managed to mess with the alarm system and he would need to spend the night in the museum if it were not replaced.
2 of 10: The system knows that you have taken the statue based on its weight. The solution is simple -- you just need to find another item of the same weight to place back on the display.
3 of 10: Take a look around the orangery -- the items you will need can both be found there.
4 of 10: You need a receptacle, and something you can place in it until you've made the correct weight.
5 of 10: One of the vases at the foreground on the right side will be perfect for your container.
6 of 10: And, some of the potting soil can be used to fill it.
7 of 10: Take both of these things back to the case and place the vase where the statue stood.
8 of 10: The solution to the puzzle is random, so you may not need to add any soil at all. I know that on my second playthrough I didn't.
9 of 10: Just add soil to the pot until the light on the front of the case turns green.
10 of 10: Once it does, you're free to leave the museum.
