How can I get the mobile phone out from the hole in the floor?

  • 1 of 4: In case you hadn't found it yet, the floorboard with the hole in it is just in front of the radiator upstairs.
  • 2 of 4: Once you have found it, you need to find a way to wedge that floorboard open so that you can grab the phone.
  • 3 of 4: Use an inventory item to do so, something firm.
  • 4 of 4: Jam the hairbrush under the floorboard, and use this to take the mobile phone.
