Where can I find some water for the cooler?
1 of 9: There's a fountain attached to the blue tenement building between the archivist's office and the bar.
2 of 9: The source of water isn't the problem -- it's finding a container for it.
3 of 9: There's a container nearby too. Check the rubbish bins.
4 of 9: There's a carrier bag in one of them. However, unfortunately, it has a hole in it!
5 of 9: To fix the hole, find something to clip it together.
6 of 9: You will need to loot the poor archivist's desk once again to do this.
7 of 9: There's a clothespeg which was holding his radio antenna up. Grab it.
8 of 9: Use the clothespeg on the carrier bag, then fill it with water at the fountain.
9 of 9: You can now pour this water into the cooler of the archivist's car.
