2 of 5: He's standing outside the apartment. He'll let you know what you need to know about the witness.
3 of 5: Her name is Agnes Grouchet (and yes, she's a total grouch...), and she lives in the apartment downstairs.
4 of 5: Head down there and ring her doorbell. You can then speak with her.
