1 of 8: You're going to need to get the police officer to move over to the other side of the room.
2 of 8: There's a light there -- why might he need to stand beneath a light?
3 of 8: Say... if he were reading something?
4 of 8: Take a look around the area and see if you can find something he might like to read.
5 of 8: There's a newspaper on the middle floor of the building.
6 of 8: Grab it from the mailbox, and give it to the police officer.
7 of 8: He will move over to the other side of the hall to read it.
8 of 8: And, you will then be able to raid his tools! Nice!
