The window is locked! How can I break it open?
1 of 4: You're going to need to find a tool to jimmy the window open.
2 of 4: I can tell you right now what that tool is, and where you will find it, but you're going to need to find a way to reach it.
3 of 4: You're going to need a piece of stiff wire from the television antenna on the chimney at the far right of the building.
4 of 4: Once you've gotten that antenna, you can simply click it in the inventory to straighten it, and use with the window to break it open, and climb into the apartment to begin your investigation.
