1 of 4: This will most likely be one of the first two runes you come across.
2 of 4: Search the corpse in the cave on level 3 after escaping through the floor of the goblin prison.
3 of 4: You may also take this rune from the chest in Felnor's laboratory in the Castle after completing the troll quest.
4 of 4: A third Yok rune is located in the ice caves on level 2. You will need the Levitate spell to cross over to the caves near the ceiling. The rune is lying next to a corpse.
