2 of 4: The rune cannot be reached until you have solved Gladivir's riddles.
3 of 4: Look for a secret button behind the riddle chamber.
4 of 4: Press the button to open a secret passage. Enter this passage and follow the catwalk across the cathedral. The rune is resting on a pedestal on the far side of the catwalk.
