Cargo
I hardly ever use cargo because the money is not as good. Also, my planes usually have small cargo holds, so I have to split the cargo between two planes if there isn't enough time. But if you really can't fit in flights because there aren't any suitable ones for whatever reason, use the cargo to make money rather than letting your planes collect dust in the hangers.
