How can I get past the guard in the courtyard?

  • 1 of 10: Your objective is the ladder leaning against the far wall to your right, but the guard can see you from there.
  • 2 of 10: The guard will move if he has a reason to do so.
  • 3 of 10: The cat is always causing him trouble. If the cat makes noise, the guard will leave his post (briefly) to investigate.
  • 4 of 10: First, get the cat to move.
  • 5 of 10: Now make the guard believe he knows where the cat has gone.
  • 6 of 10: Turn right from the pots and go forward only once, pausing near some plants. Look on the ground to the right of the plants.
  • 7 of 10: Pick up the stone and turn to your left, pointing the stone in the air. Throw it.
  • 8 of 10: When you hear the guard grumble, walk to the ladder and grab it.
  • 9 of 10: Quickly turn right with the ladder and walk forward to the bushes again.
  • 10 of 10: Turn left and look up. Aha! Click the ladder on the balcony.
