How do I get into the council meeting?
1 of 10: You won't be able to reach the door to that leads to the Deliberation Hall, at first. You will be blocked by two women -- Enna and Sama.
2 of 10: They seem to be indicating that you will need to change your clothes before they will allow you into the council meeting.
3 of 10: Once again, you are being mistaken for Cosmo. Perhaps you could find something suitable to wear, if you look in Cosmo's apartments.
4 of 10: The pathway that leads to Cosmo's apartments is the one where Sama is standing (she's the younger of the two women).
5 of 10: The most suitable clothing in Cosmo's apartment seems to be the clothing that Cosmo himself is wearing.
6 of 10: Cosmo isn't just going to give you his clothing -- you'll have to "take care of him" somehow.
7 of 10: Look around his apartments for an item that could help.
8 of 10: In the main living area of Cosmo's apartment, there are two couch-like pieces of furniture.
9 of 10: The one to the left of the door (as seen with your back to the door) holds a useful item.
10 of 10: Take the scarf from the couch and use it on Cosmo. (Kind of a weenie, huh?) You should now be able to get into the Deliberation Hall. Go back to the room where you first saw Enna and Sama and take the first doorway to the right.
