How do I figure out the order of the symbols?

  • 1 of 8: There are three sets of two symbols, for a total of six symbols.  Yet, the clues seem to indicate that you won't be needing six symbols.
  • 2 of 8: According to the clues from Cosmo and the Goddesses, you will only need to enter four locations into the displacer.
  • 3 of 8: Coincidentally, there just happens to be four different symbols in the three sets of symbols.
  • 4 of 8: Perhaps you could use the two duplicated symbols to help you figure out the correct order of the symbols.
  • 5 of 8: Maybe two sets of symbols are the actual combination, and one set is used solely as a tool to help remember the correct order to enter the symbols.
  • 6 of 8: Write out the set of duplicated symbols (the ones you found on the statue), as if this set would sit in the middle of the other two sets.
  • 7 of 8: Next, take one of the other sets of symbols and match them to the symbols from the statue. 
  • 8 of 8: The final symbol from the tree matches the first symbol from the statue.  And the first symbol from the set found on the ground matches the final symbol from the set of symbols from the statue.
