How do I find the tree?

  • 1 of 6: From the place where you first saw the woman being escorted by the guardians, there is only one path that leads out any distance.  Start out on the path to the left of Miranda (as seen when looking at Miranda).
  • 2 of 6: Follow this path straight ahead -- for a total of about ten moves.  On the fourth move, the path splits to the right.  Be sure to take the path that leads away from the large rock.  And on the eighth move you'll need to turn slightly to pass under a thatchy-looking overhang.
  • 3 of 6: On the tenth move you will find yourself at a fork in the path.  At the fork, take the path to the right.
  • 4 of 6: In three moves, the path forks again.  This time go left.
  • 5 of 6: In two more moves, the path forks once more.  Go to the right.
  • 6 of 6: Walk straight ahead, about eight moves, through to the tree.  (On the second move, you'll pass an intersection of two paths.  Ignore the two paths to each side, taking the one under the thatchy-looking overhang.)
