And Then There Were None Hints
What is there to do in the screening room?
of 8: After you talk to the two would-be lovebirds, go look at the film projector.
of 8: Open up the panel and wonder how they were watching a movie without a bulb in the projector, then open the drawers and see what you find.
of 8: Replace the light bulb, then play all the movies you can. Two of them Patrick won't play; the other two are generally inexplicable. So why did we bother?
of 8: There is one more thing to find here, though it won't help you much. Go to the front of the room and look at the movie screen again.
of 8: Did you notice the little bit of handle at the bottom of the screen? It's just behind Vera's head; move the mouse carefully till the icon changes from Talk to Use, then click.
of 8: There are some scratches on the wall, but you can't see them well enough to tell what they represent. Shame you can't shine a really bright light on this spot, isn't it?
of 8: Ah, but of course you can, can't you? Go turn on the projector to see this more clearly.
of 8: Isn't that enlightening? No, not really. You'll get a bit of an explanation for this at the end of the game, when the villain does the obligatory explanation of motives and method.
