2 of 6: There's a pack of tobacco and a broken pipe. If he's a typical nicotine addict, he must be getting pretty desperate for a smoke.

4 of 6: There's a pipe stem in one of the bathrooms.
5 of 6: In the bathroom shared by Vera and Miss Brent, look close at the sink. There's a pipe stem stuck against the wall.
