And Then There Were None Hints
How do I operate the shortwave radio?
1 of 6: This is a very funky radio, and it's not much good when you do operate it, so you can skip the whole thing if you want. But what the heck, it's your life.
2 of 6: To use the radio, you need three things: a vacuum tube, a power source, and a microphone.
3 of 6: The other tube you need is currently in the gramophone, the record player in the front hall. Open the panel and take both tubes; only the correct one (807-H) will fit in the shortwave radio, but you'll need the other one elsewhere.
4 of 6: The microphone can be found in the file cabinet in the next room.
5 of 6: The power source -- and I don't quite get the logic of this -- is the desk lamp off the desk in the library. Yes, I know, it's nutty. But whatever.
6 of 6: Grab the lamp, use it in inventory to take out the light bulb, and use it on the plug. Use the microphone on the mic jack, then use the microphone to see what happens.
