And Then There Were None Hints
How do I get honey from the beehives?
1 of 8: There's a very helpful book about this in the locked drawer in the library desk.
2 of 8: It says that in order to open the hive without protective clothing, you need something the book calls a smoker: essentially, something portable that produces smoke. You don't have one, but you can make one with things you'll find around the island.
4 of 8: Once you have all the elements, combine them like this: Combine the lamp and the tobacco; add the hose; add the matches. Voila!
5 of 8: Now you can take your working smoker to the apiary. Zoom in on the hives, use the smoker on the hive, and then open it up. You can now take a tray of honeycomb.
6 of 8: You now have a slab of honeycomb -- but how to get the honey out of it? The book suggests "a vigorous shake in an appropriate vessel." What have you got that you could use?
7 of 8: How about the cocktail shaker you snagged from the drinks table in the parlor? Yes, I know, it doesn't look nearly big enough. Let's just pretend, shall we?
8 of 8: Combine the honeycomb and the shaker, then combine the shaker and a glass to get a glass full of honey.
