You mention a puzzle I missed. Should I replay the game?
Not necessarily. There are a lot of puzzles in this game that don't have to be completed for you to finish; some of them that would seem to be really critical things, like getting the radio fixed or getting fingerprints on everyone, are optional. For those puzzles that have to be done, the game will give you another chance to get to it. It's very forgiving that way.
