How can I measure the pipe segments?
1 of 8: You'll need a specialized measuring tool.
2 of 8: You can find one elsewhere in the maintenance room.
3 of 8: Look on top of the concrete blocks stacked near the door.
4 of 8: There's a caliper setting on a corner of the left stack.
5 of 8: Take it, then select it in inventory before clicking on the pipe segments again.
6 of 8: Click on each of the four pipe segments to get measurements, then unselect the calipers in inventory.
7 of 8: You can now take pipe segments one at a time. (Or if not, you need to enter the laboratory far enough for Holmes to see the nurse.)
8 of 8: If you decide to switch out the pipe segment you've got for another one, select the one you have in inventory and then click on the one you want to trade it with.
