Where can I get a bottle of sedative?
1 of 4: You may already have one.
2 of 4: If you grabbed the sedative bottle right after you switched from Watson to Holmes (disguised as Amos Colby), you'll have it in your inventory.
3 of 4: If not, you'll have to figure out how to get back upstairs.
4 of 4: In the exam room at the top of the stairs, you'll find the sedative bottle right where it was before (on the small table with the cloth and skull on it).
