Fast-travel back to the French District and get started on obtaining the money.
- Holmes won't let me fast-travel there yet!

After you figure out where Arneson's signet ring is, you'll have to figure out how to obtain it.
- How do I go about getting Arneson's signet ring back?
9 of 10: Once you have it, return to the trophy room's secret side room and use the signet ring on the gun case's lock.
