Where can I find such a chart?
1 of 5: That's a seafarin' sort of thing, so try finding one at the wharf.
2 of 5: After fast-traveling to Wharf no. 13, enter the pub and see if the bartender can help.
3 of 5: He'll say that he has such a chart in his back room, and he'll give you the key to it.
4 of 5: Go over to the nearby "staff only" door and use the key on it to open it.
5 of 5: Go all the way to the back end of the room, where you'll find a rolled-up chart on a table that you can click the eye cursor on.
