Fibres
1 of 13: Start by examining this item in the microscope.
2 of 13: Click on the fibres item in inventory, then close inventory and click the gear icon on the microscope.
3 of 13: Try using the two tools (bottom left corner of the screen) on the fiber close-up.
4 of 13: The tweezers are the tool you need.
5 of 13: Select them, then click around on the fibers until something happens.
6 of 13: When you click the tweezer tips on the dark bit of fiber that's near the bottom right of the main hunk of fibers, you'll get a piece of stained rope.
7 of 13: Right-click to leave the microscope view, then click on the stained rope in inventory to select it.
8 of 13: Click it on the chemical analyzer that's over on the left side of the table.
9 of 13: Now you need to use the right chemical on it in order to reveal the origin of the stain.
10 of 13: Look between the chemical analyzer and the microscope to find four small bottles that you can take.
11 of 13: After picking them all up, look through them in inventory to see what might help in the current situation.
12 of 13: The solvent is what you need, so click on it in inventory, then exit inventory and click on the chemical analyzer.
13 of 13: After a lengthy (and noisy) process, you'll get a "Hemp Rope" report.
