Where can I find Mr. Harper?
1 of 11: Start by leaving the pub and turning left.
2 of 11: Run down to where you can cross over a small curvy bridge.
3 of 11: Not far past the bridge are some steps you can go down.
4 of 11: TIP: If you find it too hard to see in these dark areas, go to the game's Options menu and turn up the gamma setting a bit.
5 of 11: The building straight ahead from the steps is the one you're after. You can tell because it has a large red anchor painted on one wall.
6 of 11: However, when you knock on that building's door, no one will answer it.
7 of 11: Maybe you can find someone nearby who can tell you where Mr. Harper went.
8 of 11: The house just across the street from his is occupied, so try there.
9 of 11: Open the house's door and move forward until the sobbing woman speaks to you.
10 of 11: You'll learn that Mr. Harper is gone on some boat, and that the woman's eldest son recently disappeared.
11 of 11: She says that some vile dock worker with a silver eye had been asking around about her family. Maybe that's the guy you're after!
