How can I analyze the box with the flower on it?
1 of 11: The first thing to do is open the box and see what's inside.
2 of 11: It doesn't open easily, so you'll have to pry it open.
3 of 11: Use the knife in inventory on the box.
4 of 11: That'll yield some white powder.
5 of 11: You'd better analyze that! Go over to your analysis table and click on the chair to sit down.
6 of 11: Use the white powder with the microscope to get a close-up view of it.
7 of 11: It has little granules in it, so use the tweezers on it to separate the granules from the powder.
8 of 11: NOTE: You can tell that these are the same type of granules you found in the small lump that you got from the Stenwick residence's shed earlier, since they're actually called "Compounds from Maori's Lump" in inventory! (A small but forgivable glitch.)
9 of 11: Exit the microscope view and use the granules on the chemical analyzer on the left side of the table.
10 of 11: Holmes suggests applying heat, so do that next.
11 of 11: Use the matches from inventory on the chemical analyzer, and the analysis will be completed.
