2 of 9: He wants you to steal something.
3 of 9: He wants you to steal Algernon's cloak.
4 of 9: Algernon is not in Baldur's Gate.
5 of 9: He is in Beregost.
6 of 9: In the Feldepost Inn.
7 of 9: On the second floor.
8 of 9: Pickpocket him.
9 of 9: Then return to Pheirkas and give the cloak to him to finish the quest.
