Side Quest: Evalt's Brother
1 of 7: Evalt is at (2313,2657) in town.
2 of 7: His brother ran into some trouble with something called the Blue Witch.
3 of 7: He wants you to go help him.
4 of 7: The "Blue Witch" is in the northern area at (178,1269) and is actually a Sirine Queen.
5 of 7: Just talk to her peacefully and she won't attack you.
6 of 7: She will tell you the whole tragic story and then let you have the body without ever attacking you.
7 of 7: Just return the body to Evalt to finish this tragic quest.
