1 of 5: This is on the ground floor of the owl barn.
2 of 5: See the Owl Barn hint section to find out how to get to the barn's ground floor.
3 of 5: Face the back wall of the barn so that you can see several wooden crates on the left, and the large gas cylinder on the right.
4 of 5: Click the Zoom In cursor near the bottom of the screen between the crates and cylinder.
5 of 5: Now you can get the rubber tube from the floor just to the right of the metal barrel.
